With the release of Cognigy.AI v4.0.2 (see Release Notes), we have integrated dedicated Nodes to control various features of Cognigy Voice Gateway (VG) natively into the Cognigy.AI Flow Editor.

The Nodes expose the full breadth of VG functionality, some of which will be highlighted below.

Voice Gateway Parameters

The Voice Gateway offers its users a wide range of parameters to control the parameters of the conversation. Such parameters include for example barge-in, DTMF capabilities, various control parameters for STT (Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech) and more. You can find details about the available parameters in our Help Center.

All parameters can be set on a session- or an activity (Node)-level.
