With Cognigy packages, we have introduced the ability to export/import individual resources in order to move them between virtual agents. With this release, we have added the ability to select multiple resources when exporting a package. We have also added the ability to resolve conflicts and pick resolution strategies when importing those packages once again. Learn more about packages in our documentation.

Other new feautures & functions include:
  • Improve Intent training performance by featurizing sentences on a separate thread
  • Allowing the user to open URL in a new or existing browser tab in our WebchatWidget
